We’ll review what you’ve been experiencing, discuss the questions you want greater clarity around, and help you better understand the information and recommendations you’ve received so you can move forward with greater confidence.

My role is to help you understand what your body is communicating, recognize what deserves medical attention, and make thoughtful decisions about what your health actually needs.

You’ll receive the details for your appointment directly through our secure client portal, Practice Better.

Before we meet, please complete your intake questionnaire and upload any relevant health records, laboratory results, or other information you would like me to review.

You’ll also have an opportunity to share the questions you most want answered during our time together.
